Grafio 4 - Diagram Maker App Reviews

In 10 minutes of trying to draw a network diagram, crashed 3 times. Otherwise seems ok. Fortunately it saves work as you do it, so no work is lost, or I would rate 1 star.

I really enjoy using this little app. Very intuitive and didnt really feel like learning something complicate. Was able to do a little use case that help me develop super fast. That said I wish to ask dev if they can add alignment tool from canvas or multiple selection at a time. Snapping is sometime note enough to align easily.

I previously reviewed this app and gave it 5 stars, even though I thought the wood styled skeumorphic UI was not suitable for such a powerful business and creative tool. No more. The latest 2.7 release exhibits a gorgeous flat design, and a simplified interface with a single toolbar which is a big improvement. Im very excited to see how the developers continue to focus their efforts on making the app more powerful while at the same time more elegant and easier to use.

The new version doesnt open on my iPad Air! When I tap on it, it looks like it is going to open then almost immediately it closes again. What gives?

I find the interface for this application very well thought of with a lot of flexibility and very intuitive to use. Very powerful tool if you intend to use it for personal needs only. However, its inability to export to any format other than its own renders it useless in a work environment where other iPad flowchart applications are excelling. Maybe the back-end layer is totally incompatible with the other formats. If it is the case, it is very unfortunate. With that ability, 5 stars would have been the minimum rating I would have considered.

Grafio is a powerful app to create visually stunning graphics that look superb on the screen as well as ink on paper. Dont miss trying the audio tool and building your own professional "how to" videos using the video presentation mode. As a digital literacy expert, Grafio is the one tool I would choose to teach teachers . Well done Grafio folks! Im looking forward to the next release of images -- perhaps Diversity friendly images depicting different races, active people in wheel chairs, Females in more business settings.

This app is incredibly useful and very well thought out. I use it for business and the kids use it for school. Not usually one to buy in-app purchases or write reviews but this app is worth doing both.

Our company and music studio has searched high and low for an easy, uncomplicated way to build and share the millions of ideas that help our businesses fly and grow. Hands down, Grafio is e winner and worth every penny for the full version; its clean interface (loving the ios7 update), intuitive "draw the shape you want" features, and great community make this the go to app to keep your thoughts out of your head. Ive also used it for building logos, icons, and other creative ideas. I cant recommend this app enough. Its fantastic.

The interface itself works great. The tool is well thought out and user friendly. However, the connection points for the graphic items often tend to be in very weird locations that are off centre, making it difficult to align items properly. Furthermore the export quality to JPEG and PNG is dismal and leaves a lot to be desired. I personally cant use these in my presentations given how awful they look. The concept is great, but it needs a serious update for anyone wanting to do any professional looking work to port it over to programs like keynote or PowerPoint. Offer better compression settings, even if they take a bit longer to produce quality results and this would be a great program. Otherwise this is only good for personal use and useless for professionals.

Fluid, intuitive controls put professional looking charts and graphics within reach of even the most novice users. You can import and use pictures from your camera roll, or email the finished flow chart as a PDF, JPEG or grafio doc. Love, use it all the time

One of the most intuitive mind mapping software out there. But its kind of confusing that theres no iCloud support... Whats up with that? Thats a missed opportunity.

Started using it to create mind maps for concepts in my university courses. Love the graphics, customizability, and export features!

Please make it so we can create folders / librarys to hold and organize usr creations instead of just have the one usr creations library please :)

Ive been using Grafio for a few days and Im quite impressed with the simplicity of the interface . I can capture some relatively complex ideas very quickly. I would give the app 5 stars if they had standard shape templates for E/R and UML.

I use this for capturing many of my "thinking in pictures" ideas.

This is a fairly decent app for a tablet but it can be a bit buggy at times. Sometimes the connectors dont connect where they should and text jumps out of boxes when resizing when selected. It needs to be refined to make it excellent.

I use this app to make illustrations for biology labs. Some of my favourite features are the ability to use any image in the app and the ability to save things I create in the shapes library. I would give 5 stars if it was possible to draw arrows that do not attach two objects as these are particularly useful in science. Also rotating objects is hard.

Even without the ability to export into a PC/Mac editable format, this is still the best diagramming tool Ive used. Fast, easy, and versatile. It can even be used for basic entity-relationship diagrams. Keep up the good work!

This is the app that makes my iPad worth it. This is what the iPad was really made to be great at: Visual thinking. Play around, you can make really big canvases for giant mind maps and other creative projects, dont be boxed in!
