Worth the money

Very handy tool. As a cloud architect this one becomes my every day tool for architecture specifications. Just found out it does not rotate shapes.

Now the best

Finally! Grafio is now in the top tier -- if not the top -- of diagramming apps for iOS. But lacking Apple Pencil support on iPad Pro. Handwriting is very jerky and broken up -- not a useable feature.

Powerful, intuitive, beautiful, reasonably priced

And well supported. Ive tried other similar utilities. They do less, do it clumsily, and charge as much or more with the rationale of being professional utilities. Dont waste your time & money! Im so glad I found this app.

Very good app

Overall its a great app. Need a little more work on flow chart line control start/end locations selected by user. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Apple Pencil?

Graffio has been my go to app for diagramming and brainstorming for a couple of years now. I just upgraded to an iPad Pro and the Apple Pencil, and Im super disappointed. There is significant lag time, and the drawing area is not rendered smoothly like it is in the basic notes app built by Apple. Please add Apple Pencil support so I can use your app again!

Very nice

It is a very good app, that does the work and posses cool features, still could be helpful to do some more (i.e., lean thinking)

Not good with Pencil

Should have listened to the other reviewer. The pencil support is very bad. Laggy and poor shape recognition. Bummer.

Time saver

I work with Quality Improvement projects and this app really saves me a lot of time in digitalis in the flow charts. It used to take me hours in MS Visio, now it only takes me 20 minutes for my average workflow chart. There are still some areas that need improvement but I think this is so far the bast app I have found for these type of projects

Very nice

The combination of drawing and precision with flexibility is very nice.

App that Extends Your Brain

Grafio is an amazing piece of work that really brings out the best balance in typing, touch, and audio recording. I strongly recommend you just give it a try yourself if youre looking for mindmap/diagramming software but heres my findings if youre interested: THE GESTURES: It becomes obvious after using this app how much the design team thought carefully about the action of every tap and gesture. The user experience is amazing! Like most anything worthwhile, the taps/gestures (particularly the order of them and the timing of them) takes some getting used to, but when muscle memory starts to kick in you will be able to fly through some diagramming and will be pleased how spot-on Grafio responds to what you are trying to do. HOW TO USE THIS: I believe we are very visual and spatial learners. I was looking for an app that would help me collect notes rapidly and flexibly in a diagram (spatial learning) while being able to augment that with art & drawings (visual learning). A lot of books (such as Moonwalking with Einstein) support this idea, i.e., making "memory palaces" to memorize things. If this is the learning route youre looking to do but actually in recorded form, Id suggest getting a visual app (like Grafio) and then augmenting that with a drawing app (I like Paper or Adobe Draw). For diagramming and spatial learning, this app fits the bill. You can: - move entire sections of objects & connectors in bulk. - expand the canvas to any standard print size, and even massive custom sizes as the map grows! - snap objects to grid and align to other objects to keep things neat - copy objects and even entire selections of objects, yes! Alternatively, you can draw basic shapes which is very accurate. Other mindmap/diagramming apps I tried include iMindMap and Ideament. The issue Ive found with other apps is that theyre very rigid compared to Grafio. Grafio surpasses the competition by giving you the freedom to do what you want but also makes it easy to keep your diagram consistent. Other apps Ive tried sacrifice freedom of diagramming for the sake of consistency, and Grafio found a sweet spot. Some other apps also lack note collection capabilities, meaning large blocks of text get unwieldily and they dont let you cant take audio notes). If you take a lot of typed notes in Grafio I recommend a bluetooth keyboard with the iPad or iPhone, which works very well with Grafio. HELP & SUGGESTIONS: Their help docs are also very helpful, easy to consume, and easy to read. My suggestions for improving the app are minor but I offer them here for the Ten Touch team: - there are some minor typos and spacing issues in the detailed help docs - I wish there were an automatic backup feature to iCloud or Dropbox. You can export to Dropbox but its manual and on a per document basis. Would be sad to lose my documents. - If you manually curve some connectors and then move the connected objects around, sometimes the connectors snap back into straight lines. You then have to manually re-curve them.

Not Maintained or improved. Dev seems dead

Alright, I felt the need to update my previous review after using it for a while. A diagram App is mainly used in corp, and corps needs support & improved features with time. This App is mostly dead, so you can’t trust it for your work. Not a single line on the companys blog since 2y. No roadmap, nothing. They apparently jumped on a new App and dropped that one. For not serious user, this is a ok app. For pro, use something else. Too many missing features. ---- Missing App Features -> Precise sizing -> Auto layout of diagram -> Visio or other format Exports so you can share your work with people who don’t have the App or no iPad. -> Shape controls: resizing a rounded rectangle will screw the shape as you have not control over anything. So basically the "vector drawings" are useless as you dont get the benefits of it: being able to control the shapes. -> Grid or pixel snapping when you resize objects. Getting multiple objects of the same size is a nightmare right now if you need to modify their size. Missing Export Options -> Transparent background -> Trimming transparent pixels to only export the content and not the whole canvas Usability Issue -> Why can’t I touch outside a popup to close it ? I need to touch it again. Not behaving like all iOS Apps.

Great App for BAs and IT Professionals

This app has allowed me to mockup internal processes, applications, and business needs on the fly. Ive actually created diagrams on a subway ride that needed to be shown to a client that day. Amazing product. Highly suggest getting the in app libraries.

Great Visual Communication Tool

Great for visual communications, and when connected to Dropbox for team sharing.

The little app that does

UPDATE: Many months after I first started using Grafio I still love it and have recommended it to anyone and everyone. Id give it 5 stars if it had even more graphics. ------- Love this little app that is easy to learn, easy to use and has a wish list to make it better. I can create clear clean images with a minimum of fuss.

Its really good app for me

but I need this app for my mac. Do you have any plan for build this app for mac os?

Fantastic Little App!

Used it for a day now, and Im loving it. I only wished theyd allow saving as an SVG file...

Very useful

I use this app a lot to organize ideas that I want to remember. I email jpeg to save in photo album for quick reference.

Great diagraming tool

Pleasantly surprised by this app. The user experience is well thought out. I find myself able to draw the diagrams in my head without the tool getting in the way. It really lets me focused on what I want to do. So far the only rough edge I found is the upload to Dropbox. It took several attempts to get it to connect and authorize. Not the smoothest operation, but once it finally connected I was able to upload diagrams easily. Great job guys, keep it up!

Great app

Ive made my six class out of this app. From the audio and visual Ive been able to create a comforting experience. It would be nice for a vidra direct export

Stimulates Creative Thinking

Ive been using this app for 2 years, and theyve made great strides. If youre a creative thinker, this is a great tool for mapping out your thoughts and ideas. One suggestion, add the ability to auto connect photo images to the objects, just as you can object to object. Then Ill give it 5 stars! LegenDarry
