I gave it a low rating due to the issues this app previously had. Gladly most are resolved. I appreciate developers who listen and work to improve a their product. I love this app and have for years. That Could use some improvement. A big market and one that I’m currently in is architecture and interior design. I want to ask and encourage developers to add furniture(chairs, tables, couches, kitchen island etc) elements for doors, pocket doors, swing doors, windows, kitchen appliances, etc. everything that would accommodate an average floor plan. This would be great to do a quick sketch. Just wanted to put it out their. Could even be a paid 1.99 feature. Thanks for the great work. ——————————————————————————————————- ————————- Some icons don’t import properly. They often are off the screen behind the undo button. A terrible wastes of time. Doesn’t work. Occasionally, the app just closes while working. This was a great app, I hope the developers continue to support this app through all of the iOS iterations. I hope that for all of their products. Ven diagrams don’t work. UX Doesn’t work, marketing section doesn’t work, etc. so basically everything I need no longer works. Please stand behind your product and fix. *REVISED* This last update did the trick. It had that secret sauce and now all is working perfectly. Thank you to the developers for supporting their apps. Wonderful! If you could give some attention to Vidra that too would be amazing. Enable the ability for elements to move independently in any direction, and overall enhance the functionality. I’m having a difficult time using the custom feature where I can ask for a certain size that I would like. It keeps switching onto a size that in the template choices and it won’t allow me to make custom size. It keeps switching back over to the template size can you help me figure out how to fix this problem.

I’ve used Grafio for years with only mild issues until very recent versions. The most recent version seems to not fully tested on all iPad models as it is essentially useless now on my air 4th gen running iOS v17.0.1. I have no other choice than to find another option in the market. Buyer beware.

Most of my saved work shut down when I open it any solution to this problems ? Thanks

Looked at many programs to do electrical diagrams and I would of loved this one if “snap to grid” would of worked. The option seems useless to me because the lines I draw snaps to nothing.

And the store is working ;)

I'm saddenedShapes library still doesn’t work to say Grafio 4 is very buggy. Some projects I've created will lose some of the graphics or text when I open and close them.... :0( *** The User Library No Longer Works Correctly? 02 / 19 / 2023

This is the first app I’ve ever requested a refund for. The UI is incomprehensible and the app is erratic, apparently closing with random screen taps. Don’t waste your time or money on this dreck.

I’d like to give it 5 stars, but the app freezes whenever I share a diagram. If I quit the app and re-launch, it works again.

I expected keyboard support on 10 dollars app. After download this app I recognized it’s not supported. Also It is not easy to draw with Apple pencil . And experienced 3 time crashes while one drawing. After finish, I exported to PNG format. Disappointed again. Image includes outside blank spaces also. Waste of money. Time….

App is so nice, except installed font bundle on the app. Installed bundle fonts look dangerous to use. I don’t know why this app doesn't support user’s and iPad’s system font.

In the most recent upgrade to Grafio 4, it erased ALL my projects. I have no idea how many hours I have lost and all the research that was attached to each project. My iPad is set to automatic updates and so it did and now I have lost all my information. I will change the 1 star if Grafio can tell me how to restore what i have lost.

This is a great concept, but needs to be simpler. I am working from an ipad, and I don’t find this app to be user friendly. Sometimes apps are just over thought. Flow charts should not be difficult. They should be user friendly. Developers need to pretend a 4 yr old wants to use their program. It should be fun, big, colorful, easy. In its current state, it is flowcharts made complicated.

One of the top billed features is shape recognition. Using the Apple Pencil I was able to draw a square about one in fifteen attempts. Used for about five minutes before uninstalling and reinstalling refund

Why isn’t it easier to make basic shapes in this program. Too much emphasis on stickers/ cutesy images. Flow charting needs squares, diamonds, and arrows.

They got me. $9.99 and deleted it after 30 minutes of frustration.

I’ve just started using Grafio for iPad and, after a small period of disorientation, I’m enjoying it greatly. The YouTube videos definitely help and I like the overall simplicity of the app. I like also the PDF export function, but the one key feature I would really like is the ability to export a design into Apple Keynote (or PowerPoint), so that I could continue to work in Keynote/PowerPoint with the objects I had created in Grafio. Overall I give this 5 stars, because it’s a clean UI, relatively intuitive and gets the job done at a good price, just would really like integration into presentation apps.

I tried to learn how to use Grafio. I cannot even find the HELP icon! I search all over the internet for a manual or at least a list of commands and gestures and could not find anything. A total waste of my time.

I was using this app to create names and structure a hierarchy of characters for a novel. I clicked in a box with text and watched the text disappear. Other times, the text in one box moved to another box and the text from the first box disappeared. I just lost work. Looking for a replacement.

Helps me diagram technical architectures, presentations, notes, you name it. And it does so in the most beautiful way I’ve ever experienced. Thank you TenTouch!!

The app is nearly useless on a ipad pro using apple pencil. Mainly due to how they implement deleting objects. Something that should be simple becomes a pure act of frustration. Which ruins the software.

I have enjoyed the ambition of the app, but it falls in terms of reliability of usage. When you make objects and then star to draw freehand curves successively, it loses many of those freehand curves. I’ve tried different things to see what might be the reason, but it’s unclear. Love the app and would rate it higher if it were reliable.

When I decided to purchase Grafio, the negative reviews worried me. However, I decided to purchase it, because it seemed like everything I needed as a beadwoven jewelry designer who must create tedious, professional, detailed, step-by-step diagrams. Making one diagram is an extreme amount of work. You just want something that works and makes the process as easy and convenient as possible. I'm soooooooooo happy I took the leap. I can't say enough good things about this app. I don't find it a steep learning curve at all. I am a novice in these types of apps, but I own expensive industry standard programs (just about every plug-in and program) from both of the Cor and Ado, as well as other people franchises. Neither of them could give me the ease of use or functionality [creating diagrams] as Grafio. Grafio has filled this huge gap of functionality that neither provide. Kudos, accolades, and mad props, TenTouch! There are a couple of tweaks that could be made, but that where our I put comes in. I have emailed TenTouch with feature ideas and they responded in a timely, friendly, and accommodating manner. Tips to succeed using Grafio - If: you don't know if a function exists, how to find it, or how to use it- go to their website or do a yo-t-be search. They have instruction videos. you have a bug - email the team with information and screenshots- it will help them and you, because it will be fixed more quickly you want a feature not included - email the team. They can't create features that they don't know their customers want. I can't wait to see what amazing uses Vidra has. I will leave a review once I play with it.

The video promoting this app is very enticing. My app only worked for 1 day and now it crashes and everything is in a "uploading" state if it doesn’t crash. Save your money and a headache👎🏾👎🏾

With the recent update, Grafio lost alll of my previously saved diagrams. The entire My iPad/Grafio 4 folder is gone. This app is a huge disappointment and is not suitable for any serious work.

Bizarre non-intuitive user interface means constant undos necessary. No user manual or html pages so you either have to spend hours guessing or are expected to plow through the one video they supply. Unacceptable for a paid App.

The auto-save feature on Grafio overwrote all of my current work with the work several hours ago. Very frustrating. What a waste. This used to be a great app, and now it’s junk.

I have the new iPad Pro, fully loaded, this software crashes if using large files over 2500 pixels. I think if you are doing small projects, you’re fine, but I need to move to a desktop app for the work that I do.

Updated review: After a severely botching the upgrade to Grafio 4, this app remains usable but with many quirks making it more difficult to work with. Some new features improved file management are great but not worth losing intuitive control. Hopefully they continue updating and restoring the level of usability closer to Grafio 3. Original review for Grafio 3: One day I will need to pay back the developers for the hundreds upon thousands of hours I've saved in engineering management, component design, client management, and more. Amazingly built app, ingenious geometrical mathematics happening in the background its pretty awesome.

I was drawing for almost 1 hour and after that it crashed and I lost everything. Don’t buy it.

Version 4.2.3. The UI is just too broken to use. Snapping object edges to the grid doesn't work, nor does manually setting the vertical sizes of basic objects. Some objects (e.g. UML diagram objects) can't have background colors set; they have to be transparent. Arrows on lines only work in one direction, and it defaults to the opposite way you drew the line. Arrows also don't snap to grid or objects properly. The touch/pen handoff doesn't exactly work... sometimes my finger draws ink lines, sometimes it box selects. The "ignore touch input" decides whether or not it wants to work. With touch blocked, sometimes I can't select objects at all (with pen or touch). I love the concept, but $9.99 for an unusable app isn't really something I could swallow. :/

I Iove this program. I work with teams of designers and engineers and they are CAD and or Visio, two programs that are too bloated or restricted in the iPad universe. A lot of my projects start off as Blue Sky, and free hand drawings. However, when it comes time to move it up the pecking order for approvals, you need something that crystalizes your thoughts to the viewers. This program does the trick. I have been talking to Stoyan on my thoughts of what the project needed- more technical/engineering templates and he delivered. P&ID and PFDs are now done a lot faster. You can then export them to be converted to .dwg’s. Bravo!

The app has some basic line control functionality the does not operate correctly. App support has been notified several times but has failed to correct any of them. Empty promises from support for around 3 months so this is a deal breaker for me. For the price of the program this is unacceptable.

Great app to use when you need to draw straight lines but it has a lot of flaws/glitches When drawing lines close by and you are trying to close a box in it makes arrows(arrows?? Why? ) When sharing what you have drawn it gets stuck on the message part and you basically have to close out the whole app to get back to your graphs When trying to move lines (connect them together) it gets stuck and I have to close out the app and reopen it multiple times to get this done If you are drawing a graph and need to add numbers don’t even know how to explain the number of problems I have it’s easier for you to see it because it’s ridiculous how hard it is to measure something Needs updates!!!

Not happy with this app. When I double click to add text to a shape, it doesn’t show up consistently. If I close the diagram and reopen it, it shows back up sometimes, but the disappears again if I move the shape or make a copy of it.

If this app would update to fix text which atm seems completely dysfunctional. Along with just overall performance, it randomly jitters and if you move multiple objects at once some of the lines completely disappear and others move to different locations then you would expect. Overall I don’t understand how this is 4 stars right now.

With the new updated interface that begins in Recent and Browse document mode I was confused by the sudden user experience change but horrified when I couldn’t find any of my files.

Used Graphio 3 extensively and noticed few flaws. This new version is flawed. No more controlling arrow direction with corners. No auto save. Grouping objects is now flawed. Why mess with something that worked so well? Do I need to find a new productivity tool?

... but I can’t use the app on my phone now. I draw a line and disappears. I find it whited out and suddenly I have 3 invisible objects on my project. I hope it gets updated soon.

I downloaded Grafio looking for an amazing app which could Help me do amazing things, and for Grafio 3 I had an incredible experience, everything ran smoothly, I did many amazing projects but this new update has been messing around all my previous and actual work. I spent almost 2 hours in a simple algorithm because the app kept moving the arrows all over the place and I wasn’t able to fix that until I worked around the app bugs. And in the end when I saved the project it just disappeared into a white canvas, there was no trace of my previous work I just spent hours working on. And there was NO way to take it back. I am so disappointed with this update because I really loved the app and now I’m forced to design the whole graph again and it keeps crashing.

$10 to find out any graphic you’d actually want to use is $0.99 each. And it crashed after 5 minutes of use. I would return it for a refund if I could.

In using a t I just couldn’t get anything done several time it closed itself or a action would keep going stand Nottingham stop. Resizing an object and it just kept getting longer long after I stopped right off the page. I delete it make a new one and it resizes itself in the same way and I Unis off the page. Adding an arrow a simple action is cumbersome. You draw Aline it figures that out and it makes it nice and straight for you but then you have to go get the arrow head ....then resize....then try to get it to snap to where you want it. It wouldn’t snap to even the the setting was set to do so. So I end up moving it with the x y pull down after going the wrong way almost every time I look up and realize it took me ten min to put that arrow there ... Nope I’m ask for my money back this is not for me

I’ve been using this app as my go to graphics maker for years and love it. There’s always room for improvement, so when an update occurs I get excited. It’s easy to use and easier to export to any document. Keep up the good work.

Finished upgrading from Grafio to 4. First "lost” all of my 3.0 Grafio files. Then finally found the caution there was a problem and fix was coming shortly. Which it did, now have back all of my 3.0 files. Started trying to read the Detailed Help section and cannot see most of the help text on my ipad pro ! Some of the scroll down screens are truncated as white banners. Then is get to a point where the Help will not scroll any further down, even though there is more Help. So as of 6Oct2019 I can only rate Grafio4 as a 3 star. BTW Grafio3 loved all of the features and functions so when I saw 4.0 upgrade was thinking happy. Not so right now. If Detailed Help section has bugs, what else in 4.0 has bugs as well?????

Love it. Wish for more sharing and export formats. Developers Took the time to respond to me and honest answer that doesn’t overpromise is great. Five star

I would like my $ back. This tool is very difficult to learn and is not intuitive. Will be looking for something else. Maybe you have to be a Visio Wizard or something. I find NEBO’s graphing tool easier to use but it doesn’t have all of the features I was hoping for in this tool. Pencil support is not good. Need to be able to scratch something out to delete, connecting objects is inconsistent.

I’ve been using Grafio for years. It is friendly and easy to use. However, I wish you add search to the shapes library.
